Understand the problem.
Build the answer.

We believe good software begins with listening. The right answer might be a better website, an interactive product, a simpler task or advice on where to begin.

Why LUWA exists

Business first.
Engineering with purpose.

LUWA exists to close the gap between a business problem and a useful result. We combine engineering, design and practical ICT judgement to make information easier to find, choices easier to make and services easier to use.

The work should look the part and do the job. That means agreeing what will be built, accounting for cost and dependencies, setting realistic timing and checking the result against the brief.

Collaboration matters too. The Ridwaan Ismail website brings two professional disciplines into one identity, through design and development undertaken together.

LUWA was established in 2026. Earlier professional work is attributed to the individual contributor and the organisation that owns it.

What the work
lets people do.

The best evidence is a useful action: exploring a product, finding a part or sending a well-informed request.

A creation customers can shape.

Petal Pastries lets customers move from admiring finished creations to shaping their own cupcake. In Swirl Studio, each choice changes a 3D preview before the design goes to the bakery as a quotation enquiry.

A clearer route through parts information.

Danny’s first official online platform made parts and reference information easier to explore. Later Parts Atlas development gave people a visual route through vehicle systems and related components. The original platform operated publicly for approximately one year and is now retired. The Atlas aided discovery; it did not guarantee fitment.

Professional engineering contribution by Luqman Ismail at Danny's Automotive. The business and proprietary systems belong to Danny's Automotive.

From first question
to agreed delivery.

Four chapters take the work from an open conversation to an agreed scope, a checked release and support where eligible. Read the process at your own pace.

Discover

Start with the problem, then understand what an answer needs to do.

Stage 01

Start with a conversation

The first 15-minute conversation is free. Tell us what is difficult today and what you want to achieve. We can talk on WhatsApp or arrange Microsoft Teams by agreement.

What we establishA shared understanding of the task

Stage 02

Define the requirements

We use email to work through what the solution must do, what you will provide, what depends on others and how we will judge the finished work.

What we establishRequirements that can be assessed

Define

Agree the work, the responsibilities and the commercial terms before building.

Stage 03

Establish an achievable scope

Together we agree what belongs in the project and what does not. New or materially changed requirements are discussed, scoped and quoted separately.

What we establishClear inclusions and responsibilities

Stage 04

Accept the project charter

The written proposal sets out the work, price, timeline, assumptions and how it will be accepted. Work begins after the relevant parties agree to those terms.

What we establishAn accepted basis for delivery

Build

Bring the right inputs together, then turn the agreed brief into a checked solution.

Stage 05

Prepare the resources

You provide the agreed logos, images, content, business information, documents and access. Their availability affects the delivery schedule.

What we establishThe inputs the build depends on

Stage 06

Build, refine and validate

We design, build and check the agreed solution against the brief. If extra work changes the cost or timing, we agree that before proceeding.

What we establishA release checked against the brief

Support

Know what follows delivery and choose the ongoing care your website needs.

Stage 07

Support the agreed release

Eligible websites include two weeks of post-launch support for the agreed release scope, as documented in the commercial agreement. New features and continuous monitoring are outside that support period.

What we establishDefined support for the delivered scope

Stage 08

Plan ongoing care if needed

If you need ongoing website care, we agree the coverage and availability separately. This service is billed monthly with an annual commitment.

What we establishA separate agreement for ongoing care
