02Before we quote
The first 15-minute discovery conversation is free. We then develop the requirements through email and provide a written proposal or project charter with the scope, price and timeline.
If new requirements arise after approval, we discuss and quote them before extra work begins. Eligible websites include two weeks of post-launch support for the agreed release scope. Ongoing care is a separate agreement, billed monthly with an annual commitment.
